Botter, Spumante DOC
Pale light yellow colour with typical crisp and delicate perlage. Complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach, green apple with scents of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste.
Fili, Spumante DOC
Fine bubbles, this light, well-balanced brut prosecco is fruity with a floral and fresh bouquet. Hints of citrus on the finish.

Muscadet, Chateau de Chasseloir, Sur Lie - France

Nero d'Avola, Vitese - Columba Biance, Sicily
A brilliant, deep red Nero d'Avola with rich, juicy flavours of ripe plum and black cherries interlaced with subtle violet notes. Concentrated on the palate, the deep fruit flavours are backed by soft, ripe tannins and a spicy character on the finish.
Appassimento, Ca Vittoria - Puglia, Italy
Intense purple in colour, it is full and persistent on the nose giving notes of spice, chocolate and vanilla. The full-bodied palate has heady notes of black fruits, spice and chocolate with a perfect balance between soft tannins and acidity which lead into a long and fruit-forward finish.
Montepulciano, Tor del Colle - d'Abruzzi Italy
Intense aromas of blackberries and cherries. The palate is round and rich with notes of ripe berry fruit, sweet black cherries a touch of liquorice and a distinctive spicy character from 12 months ageing in wooden casks. Chewy tannins support the palate which finishes long and fruity.
